Keep the ENGCOMM website updated with accurate and timely content
Provide technical support to teams, judges, and organizers during competition week
Research and implement new technologies to enhance the overall event experience
Requirements
Strong proficiency in managing audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
Familiarity with website management and development (Shopify experience is an asset)
Ability to work under pressure and rapidly solve tech-related problems
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance and upgrades
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (VP)
Main Tasks
Oversee team organization and foster a collaborative work environment
Schedule and coordinate meetings (including Board of Directors sessions)
