To officially secure your institution’s spot at ENGCOMM World 2027, a faculty member or team coach must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and pay the required deposit. Spaces are limited, so act early to guarantee your participation in this premier student-led competition.

EXCLUSIVE EARLY COMMITMENT INCENTIVE

• Early LOI Deadline: Submit your LOI by June 30th, 2026 to lock in the $4,450 registration fee (the same rate as this year).
• Universities that pay their LOI after June 30th, 2026 will be charged the 2027 registration fee of $4,675.
• A $500 deposit is due at the time of LOI submission to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your total registration fee.

Important: The deposit must be submitted by the team coach or faculty representative, not the participating students.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Complete the Letter of Intent – A faculty member or team coach fills out the official LOI form indicating your institution’s participation.
2. Pay the Deposit – Submit the $500 deposit via Zeffy to reserve your spot. 
3. Confirmation – You’ll receive an email from our External Affairs Team once your LOI and deposit are processed, along with next steps to prepare for ENGCOMM World 2027.
