The total cost per team is $4100 CAD. A 500$ deposit will be due before November 30th, 2023. This fee will cover the hotel accommodations, food, and transportation for competition-related activities (excluding transportation to Montreal) for both students and coach(es).
Breakdown of cost:
- Cost per team of 4 students is $2,875.
- The cost per coach is $1,225 CAD. (maximum of 2 coaches, 1 shared room) and they have the same benefits as the students.
Timeline of Deadlines:
1. Application open – August 31st, 2023
2. Application close – November 30th, 2023
3. Early $500 Deposit – November 30th, 2023
4. Remaining balance – December 15th, 2023. Failure to pay within the set deadline subjects the Delegation to late fees of 5% of the total cost every month.
5. Team Delegate Information – December 15th, 2023
